Last week, I ordered a 6.5 Grendel complete upper from you. I was surprised when the gentleman I spoke to said I would have it by Christmas.

The real reason I'm writing is that, when I looked in my loading manual, there was no loading information on it. I called your office on Monday and the gentleman told me he would send me the info because I'm not online. Yesterday, I got the load data and I want to thank you for your prompt attention. I can see that you are a good company to do business with and, if the occasion arises, you can be sure you will get the highest praises from me!
